Mom and Lyn's trip to the west coast Part 1

After always wanting to view the annual wildflower show along the West Coast of South Africa, Mom and Lyn got an opportunity to visit this year.
So after a very early morning flight into Cape Town they grabbed a rental car and headed north.

Once out in the country, the wildflowers started popping up

They stopped in at Darling for a bit of lunch

Then headed north again

To the town of Ysterfontein

Then on to Langebaan
